Trying to cancel my account

What an awful company to deal with, my subscription is due to renew on the 12/02/21 and I submitted a ticket on the 05/01/21 to cancel, this wasn't answered until the 15th (today) by a customer services representative stating I need to give no less than 28 days quoting chapter and verse of your terms and conditions... I'm absolutely done with this company. Teamveiwer has the very worst reputation I have ever seen (Trustpoliot 82% BAD) , their tactics in retaining subscriptions are criminal.
