Hello guys,
i bought teamviewer yesterday via telephone an installed it according to the installation guide this morning. I desperately tried to activate the license in the management center on my machine but could´nt manage to do it.
In the process i clicked around in the
TeamViewer | Customer Portal - Dashboard
and managed to buy a 2. licence by accident...
The seems to be no functionality or email to cancel this and i still cannot activate my TeamViewer on my machine....
I cant even open a ticket, as i always get redirected to the support main page when clicking "Open Ticket".
In my Teamviewer when i click on Extras -> Activate License it redirects me to
TeamViewer Management Console
and tells me to click the link in the email(which i already did).
So basically i bought 2 licenses for 400€, can´t cancel them, can´t call the support and can´t activate my software. I am starting a new work on monday and really need the program to work until then.
Is there a hotline or email adress i can contact to receive help on my issues
