I am using teamviewer for quite a while only privately to support my father on his pc. I am using a Linux PC (with Ubuntu 20.04), he is on Windows. This is working always quite reliably.
Now I tried to support him on his mobile device (Samsung, Android) too, but this does not work, no connection. I tested this in my own home network with my own mobile (iPhone) but got the message that "the automatic start of a remote control session is not supported on this device". (I am asking myself if "this" device refers to the mobile device or the desktop I am using).
What do I need to make this possible?
