Access my Mother's Fire Tablet in Locked down nursing home?
My mother is in a nursing home. Her cognitive ability has been declining. She is no longer able to use her Amazon Fire tablet to access the web sites where she used to go to view Catholic Mass and use Facebook to communicate to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
I want to be able to help her remotely. I can drop in using Alexa to talk to her and see her but helping her through the process this way does not work. I can't visit her in her room because of COVID lockdown but I can arrange to have staff give me her tablet to set up for remote desktop.
Can I do this with Team Viewer? I can connect using a Microsoft Surface Pro or an Apple I-pad but do not know if this is doable.
Can anyone help me and my 94 year old mother stay connected to her faith and family?
