Is there a way to record a remote support session on a client PC

Hello,

is it possible a client to record a remote session to see all the changes done on my computer from support. I enabled "Meeting automatisch aufzeichnen" and under Remote Contole (Fernsteuerung) I checked "Sitzungsaufzeichnung automatisch" starten. But I could not see a recorded *.tvs file.

I fear I missed to start the recording somewhere?

I just provided the ID and password to support and hoped that this will then immediately start the recording if it has been enabled under "extras"?

Please let me know what I missed.
