Trouble Remote Connecting to Tablets

Hello,

I use teamviewer with the MaaS 360 app for remote connecting to tablets for our drivers. Teamviewer connects fine when the tablet is at the office but if the driver has it out on the road it just gives me a black screen. Is this a connection issue?
