Hi All, I am using TeamViewer to support a large number of older adults on new Windows 10 and Chromebook laptops. I am finding it challenging to get them to start a remote access support session on their end. For Windows 10 computers, sometimes I can set up Unattended Access on them and then it is easy to support. But that is invasive and try not to do too often until our team is continue to own the computers. Would appreciate if others are working with older adults to let me know how you simplify the support protocol so that you can access their computer easily and securely. Thank you for your advice.
