Reassign endpoint licenses issue

Hi all,

Maybe an easy one to answer.

I'm trying to reassign Endpoint licenses to other machines but I cannot. I have a max of 10 licenses available which are assigned to a bunch of machines. Some machines are offline and are no longer used. I want to reassign from those machines to ones that are now online.

Any ideas?

Are you referring to a Remote Management or a TeamViewer remote control license?

@DODONOHUE You should be able to Deactivate a device and Activate an other device via the TeamViewer client and via the Management Console.
