Legal dispute from a subscription cancelled before the end period in Invoice

I've received an email from Creditreform asking to pay for my subscription. I respond it to them already twice but it seems that they are not receiving or my email is going to spam.

In my invoice, the due date for cancelation is 20/5/2020. I opened a ticket in 11/5/2020 with number 33508973 asking to cancel my subscription.

I don't have another way to contact you because tickets are not available in free accounts and sales email is not active anymore.
