How to define a recipient list for notifications from Teamviewer Web Monitoring

I want a teammate to receive notifications of downtime from Teamviewer Web Monitoring:

• Do I have to create an account for her in Teamviewer first ?
• or can I just add her email to a list somewhere in Teamviewer web monitoring ?
