Team Viewer connection issue

I have a personal laptop and a desktop. The laptop is a MacBook Pro Catalina and the desktop is Windows 10 Education. I have the non-commercial, personal use package, per my requirement. However, whenever I use my Mac to log in to my windows desktop, I am kicked out.

Please help resolve this situation as it is very frustrating. I am using TeamViewer for personal use and do not understand why this is happening with my desktop.

I am able to log into my mom's windows laptop and help her out without any issue but I do face an issue when I try to connect to my personal laptop.
