Any way to permanently disable microphone access for ONLY Teamviewer in Windows?

I realise there are volume controls and a way to disable access to all desktop programs -- but both of these will still interfere with what I'm working on.

Short of registry changes (which I hate managing) is there a Group Policy or other more structured method to deny the audio/video devices to Teamviewer?
