I want to change the payment method for renewal of my License

I want to change the payment method for renewal of my License. I active my account here but still i cant

find any link to change the payment method. or any invoice .

Can you help me how to do this.

I already open a ticket and he send a link to active TV community account for invoice and change payment method but still not working.

    Hello @RakS,

    If it didn't work through the customer portal, please ask the customer support via your ticket to change the payment method manually.

    Teamviewer has AWFUL (paid) customer service!!! I tried calling multiple times and they kick me off the phone every time no matter what I select. "Due to call volume..." What total garbage! All I want to do is update the credit card they are charging $2,547.91 ! ! ! That is it, but NO... They will not let me do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
