I connect frequently one at a time with eight different computers. When I try to connect to Bob's computer, I enter his ID and password and click connect and it does not connect. I just says "connecting..." and freezes.
Someone suggested that I uninstall and reinstall his Teamviewer, which we did. It still hangs up. Any ideas?
