I am Greg Barton. I was charged a single dollar...then 46 dollars. I would like a refund. I was not informed of a subscription. Please reply back with a confirmation. [The personal info has been removed as per the community guidelines.] See below for the charges. Thanks.

    Please confirm you received this request and information on the refund status. I was not aware of a subscription. I never agreed to terms like that. I would never do that. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Invoices are only generated if purchased online through the purchase portal or through a sales rep over the phone. A trial started online does not generate an invoice. We are unable to assist in cancellations or licensing issues in the community for security & privacy purposes, but if you would like to provide the invoice number associated with this via the private message, we can take a look at the case. If you purchased a license from us, cancellation requests must be received in written form, which is easiest via the ticket system: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/72027-how-to-submit-a-ticket (Please make sure that your account has been licensed.)

    Regarding TeamViewer subscriptions, the license does renew unless canceled prior, as stated on the bottom of the original invoice: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/65605-subscription-renewal
