when connect remotely the remote screen is absolutely black, is connected but cannot see the screen
its funny that i let this open, just to check how long it took to fix it^^ its still not fixed. lucky that i changed to an alternative. soon its a half year with no fixes. very sad
@ERAG The only information we received is that it should be working after a firmware update on their side.
i switched to an alternative. i waited months.... and maybe ive you fix it. will it still work on the next security update from samsung?

After checking with Samsung, we can confirm that this is unfortunately a known issue affecting some devices. Samsung is already working on a fix and will be released through a firmware update. However, we cannot tell when this firmware release will be available.
Please make sure you update your device regularly.
We have this issue also since months....
The remote devices are a tablet android and a smartphone android not a PC or windows device.
