I'm using a laptop with a external monitor to expand the screen. My problem is when i start windows, TeamViewer didn't start automatically if the screen is connected. But if I'm using only the laptop, it starts well.

Having an external monitor does not affect the TeamViewer starting with Windows feature.
Could you please check if the TeamViewer service is set on Automatic? If yes, could you please try by putting it on Automatic (Delay start)?
