File copying query

Hi, I had to give a technician access to my computer via team viewer to sort out a WiFi error. During the session I noticed his mouse hover near one of my personal files, but didn't see any copying instruction on my side. When I turned my computer on the next day, a screen came up saying "copying + the name of that file". I quickly tried to end what looked like the file copying and deleted Team viewer completely. If they weren't still on a Team viewer session, could they have copied the file without me seeing and when? Was the message the next day the record of it? Is there any way I can check with Team Viewer on their logs, or because I deleted the programme off my computer, is the file copying log gone altogether? Thanks
