Seeing issue with std:logic_error in 15.14.5

When trying to apply a password through the cmd line I see:

sudo teamviewer --passwd password

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'

 what(): basic_string::_M_construct null not valid

Is this unique to version 15.14.5? I haven't seen it before.

I have the same problem recently, and haven't seen it before. It is very troublesome, since it means that I can't change the login password remotely. Is there a way to downgrade to a previous version 15 if this can't be fixed?
