I understand that I may use the free version to support aged friends who call me once in a while with questions. However, when I tried to help one of my 80+ friends, she got the message that her version was old. She then updated TV and we tried again. This time, we got a message that said something to the effect of we had logged on too many times and that my ability to log in to her computer would be delayed a number of minutes. After waiting for this time to expire, we tried again to no avail. Once again we got the message informing us that we had logged on too often and that we must wait another period of time. Are we doing something wrong?

We have used TV for support in years past and we have been pleased that we could use this tool to support her problem.
