I am trying to add new device how do I log in to add?

This site seems to have made it harder to access and use. First on 2 of my computers the connection ends after about 1 minute. I am using this for personal use, and right now I have covid so it is more important than ever. I posted a question about this 2 weeks ago and received no help only more people with the same problem. Why does this happen?

I am now trying to add a new tablet to my list but it wants to verify, how can I log in to verify if I can't log in?
