Problem with SSO sign in with Teamviewer version 15.14.5

Good morning,

Prior to updating to either of the two versions: 15.2 and 15.14.5 I have had no issues with SSO sign in.

However, I can no longer SSO sign-in to either of these versions when connected to my domain network. As you may or may not expect to hear that when I connect my domain computer to an external (or public/outside) network, the SSO sign-in completes with no error.

It appears that the connection requirements for this application has changed and I've been trying to determine what exactly has changed from working version 14.7 to 15.2 and 15.14.5 (respectively).

    Could you share more details with our SSO issue?

    Maybe a screenshot? So we can discuss it with our SSO engineers?

    No problem. I appreciate any feedback that you can provide on this issue.

    My suspicion is that since this was working with v14 and no longer working with v15 that some connection requirement has changed. For instance, in v14 did SSO sign-in require specific ports or protocols to authenticate and did these ports and protocols change in any way for v15?
