I lost password

Hello

I forgot my account password, I submited recover email but not received any mail.

I made another account to be able to write here and used the same email address. I received an email now like a fresh new account which is wiered cause I lost every setting and computer in my list.

Please help and debug the problem.

    Hello @Recoverpass,

    If you have received all the mailings as "creating a new account", it means that most probably, your account has been inadvertently deleted.

    Unfortunately, we do not provide any individual support for users using the free version of TeamViewer.

    However, if you have a license, you can contact our customer support directly.
