how to reset password?

I'm trying to set up to help my parents with their computing. They created an account but can't remember the password they used. I can't find a way to have them reset their password on their account so they could allow me access frequently.

Your parents can request a password reset in the TeamViewer software or in the TeamViewer Management Console. Please refer to our article for specific steps:
