Yesterday we purchased Team Viewer remote and when I went to activate it, it is only activating the free version. I've tried to contact support since 3:00 PM yesterday and no response. I"m so frustrated.
Same issue here. This whole company is horrendous. The website and the phone system keep telling me that I can create a support ticket online, but I see absolutely nowhere to do that, it just keeps redirecting me to this forum.
I finally got through to them I had to act like I had a commercial license. It was very very frustrating and took 24 hours to finally get in contact with an actual human.
