macbook air error message on launching- TeamViewer is trying to install a helper tool

looks like every other time you try to change install software and you enter in the pw for the laptop and it moves on. Here it has been accepting the password, the window dissapears but Teamviwer repeats the same thing when trying to launch it again and I can't get it to run
