Yes . YES .. I did ALL of the obvious troubleshooting steps.
Did you try to uninstall by deleting all settings and reinstall the application?
I have no other OS device to check and yes, several reboots does not resolve it. The iOS apps log in just fine.
@avincent98122 After discussing with our expert, we could confirm that we found this behaviour on some other devices.
In some cases, restarting the Mac did solve the problem.
Could you try this out and see if it fixes the issue?
Also, could you try to log in with this exact same TeamViewer on another device?
