Migration from Monitis

I have five (5) uptime monitors and one (1) page load monitor in my Monitis configuration file and only a total of 4 of them got uploaded. I also can't add my users (for alerts). Also, with a paid subscription, I am seeing the word "Free" in my profile. I'm wondering if that's the issue.

I don't mind the "Free" remark as long as I can add more monitors and users as per my subscription allows.
