Blackscreen when logoff from Mac

With TeamViewer Host installed on a remote MacMini (OSX 11.1), when I logoff from that computer, the screen turns black and does not return to the general login screen.
The option to disable Lock Computer is greyed out in this mac for a reason i do not understand (not the default behaviour when I service macs with TVHost).
Is there any SSH command I can give from another machine on that network to recover my access to the mac without having to reboot that (production)server?
