Hi,
I have had a first instance of a problem with teamviewer for Mac. I logged into a staff machine and after signing in, all I can see is a grey screen and the teamviewer menu on her machine along with the apple icon (top left). I tried changing screen resolutions to see if that was an issue, but was not able to gain a view of her desktop.
If anyone could suggest what is doing this, I would appreciate it.
