I can't get to pay my invoice, because there isn't an email sent with any invoice on the one gmail that I registered with. And I found no other way to prompt a simple re-sending of the invoice. And I need TeamViewer for work daily. Horrendous webdesign, laughably invalid phone numbers for support in my country, and I couldn't even find a way to put in a simple ticket. If unresolved soon, I'm moving away from this failing platform for good.

    I'm having this same problem. My annual subscription was renewed automatically and charged to my credit card, but I never received an invoice. I need the invoice to submit to my accounting department. When I try to contact support to request an invoice, the support link just brings me to a forum page touting the "New and Improved Support Structure." It says if I want to submit a ticket I have to activate my account. It's been activated for years, but fine, I'll try that. So I follow the instructions to activate but get an error message saying my license is invalid!

    What's going on? I just want a copy of my invoice!

    I cant believe this

    So many people have no invoice no and cannot re-subscribe

    I want to pay but your stupid website wont let me, Sack your developers

    I don't have an invoice no

    Why don't you send it in a simple stupid email

    Find it ridiculous that I have to beg to be allowed to pay my subscription

    Incredibly Stupid Service

    Maybe I should find a better site that ALLOWS me to re-subscribe

    Really frustrated and fed up

    Spent HOURS trying to give you money

    My license is canceled because " I did not pay the invoice". I never received any invoice.

    Please send me the invoice again.

    I can not support my costumers because of this.

    Please resend me the invoice asap, so I can work.
