Activation e-mail is not getting sent to my e-mail account

I created a teamviewer account with the e-mail of my company, but it sadly did not exist at that time. so I deleted the account and created another account with such e-mail, when it was created by administrator in my company.

But still after waiting the entire weekend it did not send me an activation e-mail, however usually the e-mail should be free, when it did not get activated after 24 hours.

    Please make sure to check you spam/junk folders and that * is allowlisted on your company's mail server service.
