create a Transaction monitor

need to create a Transaction Monitor for my Webmail login process.

Hi netmon,

You can do this by going to the TeamViewer Management Console under Remote Management -> Web Monitoring section.

Then you can click on the + symbol at the top left side. This will allow to select the type of Monitor you want to create.

Choose transaction and follow the steps indicated in the next screen.

You will need to download the transaction recorder plugin for either Chrome or Firefox depending on which browser you will want our server to run the steps from.

Once you have configured the steps and uploaded the file to the Management Console you will be able to proceed with the creation of the Transaction Monitor and pick the locations you would like to have us run these steps from as well as setup the notification thresholds.
