I am trying to connect to our NMR computer- I know the Agilent engineers are able to access it quite easily but when I download TV and try to login it gives me the error that it can not connect because the computer is running an older version. I know for a fact that it is running TV 10 (it is on Red Hat if that makes a difference) and so I intentionally installed TV 10 and it won't connect. Trying with TV 14 or 15 also didn't work. Any ideas to connect?
