Xiaomi Redmi Quicksupport works only one time

Hi,

I installed quicksupport and its add-on on a Xiaomi Redmi 9T. I could connect to it successfully over the internet from a PC one time. After that, the next connection only allowed me to view the screen, and no remote control. Furthermore, viewing only should show the the screen touches but I don't get that either.

How do I make this work reliably?

The add-on seems to allow remote control on the day you install it, but the following day it only displays the screen, as the OP said.

I uninstall the add-on and then install it again, that seems to work for another day.

Would be nice not to have to do that though

Hello all,

Once the Universal add-on is installed, it should remain as it is and not change the behaviour after a reboot.

Did you update the firmware of your devices?
