REMOTE AND BUSINESS LICENCE CONFLICT

The two licence (business and remote only) associated to my account are not accounted for when I connect in th eteamviewer application. (And consequently the remte access is blocked after about 10s)
I am really confused because :
- when I go in https://service.teamviewer.com/fr-fr/invoices/, I can see the remote access only invoice but not the business (whereas it is paid for sur !)
- When I go in the management console : no licence at all ....
- When I try to add the licence by hand using the licence key in the invoiced (not sure about this one) it is not working.
Three days ago everything was working well. Things goes wrong after [#34423734] exchange during which I ask for a remove of the remote only licence (not needed anymore with the business licence)
Any ideas or help is welcome
