Web access and support

Hi,

I was told I needed to purchase an individual license to support three devices to allow me to remote access my home computer via a browser. I have made the purchase, activated the license, installed Teamviewer on my home computer, but when I go to another device to try and access it via a browser, the option is still greyed out. Googling tells me I can log a support issue but again, even though I'm logged in with a paid for license I have no option to log a ticket, only ask questions on this forum. Can anybody help please?
