Unable to view the license in my account
Hi,
I had purchased a license for Remote Access [ to 3 devices ] on 21-Mar-2020 via Invoice 21XXXXXXX.
However, I could never activate it for the already existing login till date. The reason is I never received the activation e-mail.
The license was automatically renewed and my credit card was billed on 21-Mar-2021 via invoice 21XXXXXXX, and I still cannot see any active licenses in my user account.
I spent more than 1 hour to find out how to resolve my problem. I tried to call India helplines, but I was told that my subscription is not having telephonic support!
I even do not have any e-mail address for contacting support! This is really not pleasant user experience!
