Very disappointed of the functionality of TeamViewer

This TeamViewer Software is not working as it should be.

Because of this we cant work with it.

This is the issues we have:

It change password automatic on remote computer, witch is a real big problem.

Very difficult to receive support, where can i call?

Is need to send emails all the time that needs clicking on a link to confirm changes.

Why does we have this problems?

    Hi Jonny,

    you can set a permanent password or enable Easy Access on the remote Computer to avoid the dynamic password.

    Hello, it is allready set for easy access, but it is change password anyway.

    I think we have to look for another supplyer that can work with proffesional users, because Teamviewer software is not working and the support is not good, it seems that it is not possible to get some help.

    I dont want a support forum, i want a telephone number that i can call for help.

    Teamwiewer has now cost us a lot of money in extra worktime for us.

    We are very dissipointed.
