My organisation has purchased a corporate subscription. They would like me to join the 'company' account and cease using my personal business subscription. When I try to Join Company, I get the message "A company profile can only have one active core license, your own license will be removed from your account when you join it. You can add your license to another account if you wish".
What I want to do is join a company (to use the company license) and have my license (and subscription) cancelled. How do I do that?
When the Company Administrator attempts to add me to the Company account, the message 'e-mail is already in use' appears. So it seems I have to cancel my account in order to join a company. Is this correct?
