Wanted Free version and apparently downloaded Trial Commercial

I apparently downloaded a Trial Commercial version on my PC, but correctly have free on my Laptop. I uninstalled the Trial version on my PC and downloaded a free version, but it still thinks I am trying to use an expired Trial version so I can't get in my PC with my Laptop.
