Cannot see my remote connected device screen

I cant see the screen of my device im trying to connect to........

I am using team viewer on my p/c to try to remote control android devices.

I am using quick support on the android device.

When i connect it doesnt see to display my android device scree to my p/c screen.

Can anyone help please.
