I see from your security statement that TeamViewer “assist in PCI compliance requirements”.
According to the PCI compliance requirement, it is stated that "All remote access must use a VPN ... " (section 5.6.1.L). As Teamviewer's technology is not using a VPN channel, it seems that Teamviewer does not comply to PCI requirement word by word?
Is there any certification / document that indicates Teamviewer software is PCI certified?
Is there any reference of companies using Teamviewer in PCI controlled environment?
How can we configure or operate Teamviewer to fully comply with PCI requirements?
