Servicecamp customer portal URL

If our servicecamp subdomain is XXXXXX.servicecamp.com what is the URL for the customer portal?

The only reference in the support pages is that the URL will be included in the ticket email sent to the customer. There is no URL included in the emails sent from our servicecamp.

Many thanks. I now have this working. The only feedback would be that the customer support form has the field "Requester" with no indication that the customer needs to enter their email address.

It would be an improvement if there was something to tell the customer that they have to enter their email. "Requester" does not mean much to the ordinary computer user.

Please note that you need to first activate the customer portal in the administration of your servicecamp instance in order to access it.
