I cannot connect to any of my remote connections.
This problem was hit or miss for the last few weeks...and then now today NONE of them work.
I was even out of the office today visiting 1 of my remote locations and tried to connect to my own account and was denied as well.
I pay a pretty penny for this service and todays outage was devistating. What seems to be the issue, please advise.
Every attempt states Connection not established - Authentication canceled. this is on EVERY account.
