Intermittent Connection

Hi,

I am using team viewer from Australia to connect to a remote PC located in China. I am not able to make successful connection to remote PC all the time. Its intermittent. Sometimes it connects and sometime no. Sometimes I have to wait and try too long to get it connected. I also confirmed that Client side is connected to internet and ready for a connection.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Hello @IOTA,

I recommend you to first restart the TeamViewer service on your computer.

If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.
