I contacted Team Viewer Support on the 4th of April 2021 regarding an issue. I logged a support ticket as well. The email told me that I need to log a ticket. Since that day, I never received any feedback regarding the issue. I logged another ticket today under another category hoping that this will bring some answers. Please note that the only way that I can reach support is via Email or the Ticket system.
The issue is in regards to cancelling subscription / refund.
