Support for old versions
I'm trying to do user support for a friend. We're both using OSX 10.9 (Mavericks). We've both downloaded the latest version which runs on Mavericks, and clicking on 'Update' confirms this: You are using the latest version etc.
But when I try to view her screen, I get a message saying the other computer is using an old version of TeamViewer and she needs to upgrade before we can connect.
What's going on? Here's a screenshot of the version I'm using.

Hello @Nogbad,
The free version of TeamViewer is only available and usable with the latest version on both sides of the connection (currently TeamViewer 15.x).
You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: Enjoy using the best version of TeamViewer we made so far! - How to proceed?
📌Note: If the hardware used on the local or on the remote side of the connection is not compatible with the latest version (please see our compatibility article here: Supported operating systems, there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do to make the free version work. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Thanks – now I understand.
I should delete the old version, then, from the disk. Is there a proper uninstal program, or should I just delete the TeamViewer app?
