Hi,
We have a Windows license version 12 which has been used frequently without problems. Lately we have installed a few Raspberry PI units which needs to be attended and maintained remotely. The Raspberry version of TW is 15, and feedback from the app is that these two versions are not compatible. Currently it seems that we cannot downgrade the Raspberry units, nor upgrade the Windows client to level between the platforms.
Any advice on how to solve this problem?
