How to interface with Windows 10 S Mode Machine

Hello,

I have a family member who recently purchased an HP machine that is operating Windows 10 S Mode OS. I need to be able to remotely support the machine from home, and I attempted to install the software that I normally use from the team viewer website to support family and friends, but the S Mode machine will not install this software. So I attempted to download the Team Viewer app from the Windows store, and as far as I can tell this app only allows you to connect to other machines from the S Mode machine. Any suggestions as to how I would connect to the S Mode Machine from My Windows home version machine
